Search Engine Optimization

Only a good website can bring growth & success to the business, hence proper planning is required before diving into. Here are the stages or elements included in the Website Design & Development.

1. Keyword Analysis & Research

This is the first stage in the web development life cycle. A proper discussion and analysis should be done with regards to the aim and objectives of the client business and the target customers. Our aim is not just to get the website done but to build it with a thought so that it aligns with the objectives of the client business and rework can be ignored in the future.

Whether the site should be of static or dynamic in nature is decided based on the requirement & complexity involved.

A lot of discussions should happen at this phase & end result is the creation of sitemap & wireframe.

2. On Page Optimization

Once the sitemap & wireframe is approved, it’s time to design the look and feel of the site. Considering the UX (User Experience) is very important at this stage. It’s also important to consider the site colors and the company logo to strengthen the brand identity of your company on the website.

Whether the client is already having the necessary resources like the logo, images or videos should be checked or else everything should be created fresh.

Here, the web designer will create prototypes of the site and it is normally .jpg image. The Client can express the likes and dislikes on the given prototype & changes will be done accordingly.

3. Content Writing

Having a blog section & regularly posting blog related to your business is a fantastic way to gain organic traffic to your site.

Google considers content as useful if there are thousands of backlinks. Search Engines robots check if contents are regularly updated and such sites will have high ranking than sites without a blog.

Every blog post is one more indexed page which means there are more chances for your site to show up in search engines and drive organic traffic.

4. Off Page SEO

Off-site SEO refers to actions taken outside your website to get significant inbound links from highly respected sites.

Off Page SEO links are created by practices such as adding backlink in an online forum, blog comment, online directory, social media or a press release.

A successful off-site SEO strategy will lead to an increase in rankings, increase in page rank & more exposure in the web.

5. Competitive Analysis

Here first, we need to identify the top 3 or 4 competitors for us. The Competitive analysis gives data about which strategies work best in the industry we are & will give the insight to improve the keyword rankings.

This helps to understand which keywords are best and which backlink tactics work better to grow site’s organic traffic.

Top competitor analysis tools include Ahrefs, SEMrush, Alexa etc.
